R//My primary objective for 2026 is to consolidate Fomento as an affiliate network builton trust, quality, and sustainable results. Rather than focusing on growth in volume,our priority is to grow in value. This means strengthening our identity as a strategicpartner that truly understands the affiliate business, optimizes internal processes,and makes data-driven decisions.At the same time, we aim to expand into new, untapped markets, driving responsiblegrowth while maintaining our position among the leading iGaming agencies in LatinAmerica and reinforcing Fomento’s role as a regional industry reference.

* On Market Trends (iGaming & Beyond):“Fomento has a strong reputation in the iGaming vertical. Do you intend to doubledown on this niche with new exclusive offers, or is your strategy focused ondiversifying into new high-performance sectors like Crypto or Fintech?”R//iGaming will continue to be the core of our operations and the area where Fomentohas the strongest expertise and credibility. Our focus will be on deepening thisleadership through more strategic partnerships, improved conditions for affiliates,and greater performance optimization.At the same time, we are closely monitoring emerging verticals such as Crypto andFintech, not as a replacement for iGaming, but as a natural expansion. Any move inthis direction will remain fully aligned with our long-term vision and the standardsthat define Fomento.* On Technology & AI:“With AI transforming how traffic is generated and optimized, how is Fomentointegrating these technologies into your platform to provide better predictiveanalytics for your affiliates?”R//

Our approach to AI is focused on turning information into action. We are developingtools that allow us to assess traffic quality in real time, identify early optimizationopportunities, and reduce inefficiencies for both affiliates and operators.Rather than automating for the sake of automation, our goal is for technology to bringclarity, support better decision-making, and deliver measurable results. AI shouldenhance human judgment and strengthen the trust-based relationship betweenFomento and its partners.

* On Trust and Compliance:“Regulatory environments in markets like Latin America and Europe are shiftingrapidly. How will your leadership ensure that Fomento remains a safe and compliantbridge between top-tier operators and high-quality publishers?”

R//Regulatory compliance is an absolute priority. My focus is on strengthening internalprocesses for verification, documentation, and continuous monitoring of bothaffiliates and operators. We aim to be a secure and reliable bridge, where all partiescan operate with confidence under clear, legal, and ethical standards—particularlyin complex markets such as Latin America and Europe.

* On the Affiliate Experience:“What specific ‘pain points’ of modern affiliates do you want to solve under yourdirection? Can we expect new loyalty programs, faster payout structures, orenhanced dedicated support?”

R//Today’s affiliates are looking for speed, clarity, and genuine support. Under myleadership, we aim to reduce operational friction, optimize payout timelines, andprovide closer, more specialized support. Our goal is to build strong, long-termrelationships with affiliates by offering continuous, actionable feedback that helpsthem optimize their resources and time more effectively.In addition, we are evaluating loyalty programs based on performance and trafficquality—not just volume—to reward sustainable, long-term partnerships.
